Amazon Workers International, speaking on behalf of Amazon workers across the U.S. and Europe, sent an open letter to Jeff Bezos and Stefano Perego, VP of European Fulfillment. The letter called for making covid-era wage increases and breaks permanent and suspending productivity feedback. In addition, AWI demanded more transparency around covid cases at Amazon, improved sick leave, and good faith bargaining with unions.
