Alphabet Workers Union filed an unfair labor practice charge with the NLRB after unionized Google Fiber retail workers (contract workers, whose direct employer is BDS Connected Solutions LLC, a Google Fiber contractor that staffs Google Fiber retail stores) were told by management that "union members aren't eligible for raises." BDS Connected Solutions LLC settled with the Google Fiber workers, winning the worker back a 4% raise and backpay.
